Registration and abstract

Abstract submission – Deadline 28 March 2025

The submission deadline for abstracts is the 15th March, extended to Friday 28th March 2025. Please find the templates in LaTeX and MS Word formats below.

ABSTRACT LATEX TEMPLATE       —        ABSTRACT WORD TEMPLATE

The maximum length is one page. Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file named “lastname_firstnameinitial.pdf”.  The size of the pdf file should not exceed 20Mb.

Please submit your abstract by email to Jean Reinaud, [email protected]. The title of your email should be “ICGAFD abstract submission – yourlastname”.

Notifications of acceptance will be issued by Wednesday 16th April 2025.

Our aim is to allocate a 20-minute talk (+10 minutes for discussion/change of speaker) for every contribution. If we receive a large number of  abstract submissions, we will organize a poster session.

Registration – Deadline 30 April 2025

We are pleased to announce that, with the generous financial support of the ISBlue project, there will be no registration fees for the meeting.
